Practical Nursing

Our program is approved by the Florida State Board of Nursing which confirms that the program is equipped to prepare students to take the national examination to become a Licensed Practical Nurse.
The program consists of 1372 hours of education, including lectures, lab skills, and clinical work. Appropriate information and skills will be presented that meet the requirements of the Florida Board of Nursing for practical nurse and that meet the curriculum framework set forth by the state of Florida.
The clinical portion of the program will help to provide hands-on experience for students, so that they may relate classroom and lab experiences to an actual working environment.
Estimated Length of Study is 12 months
