Interview with the Admissions Director
Fill out Application and submit the registration fee
In order to apply you must meet these criteria:
- All applicants must be at least 17 years, 8 months of age.
- All applicants must be physically able to perform the duties for which they are training (have an ability to benefit), as determined by the Director of Campus.
Supply supporting documentation such as High School Diploma or GED, Government issued ID
Associate of Science of Nursing
- Interview with a Director of Admissions
- Submit an Application and $100 non-refundable fee
- Provide proof of High School Diploma or GED.
- All applicants must be at least 17 years, 8 months of age
- Prospective students must take Testing of Adult Basic Education (TABE).
- Prospective students must meet the criteria for state licensure, such as Level 2 Criminal Background Check, a clean Drug and Alcohol Test. Estimate fee is $120
- A current CPR certificate that will not expire until completion of the program will be photocopied by the school.
***Final admission to the program is contingent upon submission of satisfactory physical examination, immunization forms, and a drug screen.***
Practical Nursing

In order to apply you must meet these criteria:
- All applicants must be at least 17 years, 8 months of age.
- All applicants must be physically able to perform the duties for which they are training (have an ability to benefit), as determined by the Director of Campus.
Supply supporting documentation such as High School Diploma or GED, Government issued ID
Successfully pass the T.E.A.S. (Test of Essential Academic Skills) test. A composite score at the 60th percentile or above, with an individual score of at least 55% on the mathematics and reading portions of the exam is required for consideration for admission into the Practical Nursing program.
